Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Swagger Soccer Academy application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides tools for soccer coaches and team staff to manage rosters, track live games (substitutions, goals, cards, playing time), organize schedules, and view team statistics. Some features are available on a free tier; others require a paid subscription ("Premium").

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@swaggersocceracademy.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Who May Use the App

The App is intended for use by adults — coaches, team managers, and parents/guardians acting on behalf of a youth sports team. It is not intended for direct use by children. Player information entered into the App is provided by the responsible adult team representative, who is responsible for having appropriate authority to enter that information (e.g., as the player's coach or guardian, or with the guardian's permission).

5. Subscriptions and Payment

• The App offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription with additional features.

• Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) via Stripe.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we otherwise state at the time of purchase.

• We may change subscription pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• Enter information about a player without appropriate authority to do so

• Attempt to access another team's data without authorization

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code beyond what applicable law permits

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the team, roster, and game data you enter into the App ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the App's functionality to you and those you authorize (e.g., other coaches on your team).

You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to enter it into the App, including any player information.

8. Our Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, formation library, and Swagger Soccer Academy branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding except as necessary to use the App as intended.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that formation/period-length reference data reflects any official standard for your specific league or tournament — coaches should verify such details against their own league's rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swagger Soccer Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
